Frequently asked questions about booking
Which time slots can be booked?
We are open 7 days a week. Sessions last 2 hours, with hourly starts from 9 am to 6 pm. The Birthday and ALL-IN packages add 1 extra hour (snack or barbecue) after the game.
Is the booking confirmed immediately?
Yes. As soon as the €100 deposit is paid, your slot is locked and you instantly receive a confirmation email with all the practical information (address, access, guidelines).
Can a booking be cancelled or moved?
You can move your session free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date: call us at +32 473 54 31 40 or email info@tag-brussels.be and we will find a new slot together.
Do you have to pay everything online?
No: only the €100 deposit is paid online to secure the slot. The balance is paid on site on the day of your session, based on the actual number of participants.
Can you book Archery Tag and paintball at the same time?
Yes: both activities are played on different fields of the same site and can be booked on the same time slot. Simply make one booking per activity, or contact us to organise a large combined event.
