The Archery Tag and Paintball activities offered on this website take place on private woodland grounds located at Rue de l'Étoile 80, 1301 Bierges (Wavre).
2. Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States (vercel.com), distributed through a server network that includes the European Union.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
Prices shown on this website are per player, all taxes included. Online bookings are confirmed after payment of a 100 € deposit through the secure payment platform Stripe. The balance is paid on site on the day of the session, based on the actual number of participants. The deposit is deducted from the total amount.
A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before the planned date, by phone at +32 473 54 31 40 or by e-mail at info@tag-brussels.be. Within this period, the deposit remains due to the publisher, unless otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis.
In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period.
4. Participation and safety
The activities are open from 8 years old. The package is priced for a minimum of 10 players per session: a group of fewer than 10 players may book by paying the 10-player package. Full equipment (gear, overalls, protections) is provided and sessions are supervised by our team. The activities are covered by civil liability insurance; certificate available upon request. Participants agree to follow the safety instructions given on site.
5. Personal data (GDPR)
The data controller is Only Way SRL (details above).
When you book or contact us, we only collect the data we need: name, e-mail address, phone number, number of participants, optional message and, if an invoice is requested, VAT number. This data is used exclusively to manage your booking or request (confirmation, session organisation, invoicing) and is never sold.
The deposit payment is processed by Stripe: no banking data passes through or is stored on our servers. Booking data is kept in our management tools (Google Workspace) for as long as necessary for commercial management and legal accounting obligations.
With your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit, this site sets advertising measurement cookies (Google Ads). They let us know which ads lead to a booking. You can decline: the site then stays fully usable and none of these cookies are set. Until you answer the banner, or if you decline, the measurement tag stays loaded but runs in a restricted mode: it sends Google technical information about the visit (page viewed, timestamp, device type), without setting a single cookie on your device, without any advertising identifier and without any data that could identify you. Google uses this solely to estimate visit and booking volumes statistically. Your choice is remembered and you can change it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. Your language preference is always stored locally, without any cookie.
The home page and the contact page embed a Google Maps map, provided by Google Ireland Limited. When that map loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, under its own terms. If you would rather avoid this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser: the rest of the site remains fully usable. Deposit payments are handled by Stripe, which sets the cookies required to secure the transaction once you reach the payment page.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@tag-brussels.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
6. Intellectual property
All elements of this website (texts, Tag Brussels logo, structure, code) are protected by copyright and belong to Only Way SRL or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Any full or partial reproduction, representation or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Trademarks and names mentioned belong to their respective owners. Some illustrations on this website are images generated by artificial intelligence, shown for illustrative purposes.
7. Liability
Only Way SRL takes the greatest care with the information published on this website, but does not guarantee its completeness, its permanent accuracy or the uninterrupted availability of the website. Links to third-party websites are provided for your convenience; Only Way SRL has no control over their content and declines any liability for them.
