What is Archery Tag?
Archery Tag is a mix of archery, dodgeball and paintball, without the pain. Armed with a bow and rubber-tipped arrows, two teams face off in the forest: dodge, aim, tag your opponents and lead your team to victory.
No experience needed: after a briefing and shooting initiation with our instructors, everyone hits the mark within minutes. The activity is open from age 8, for kids and grown-ups, sporty or not.
It is the perfect alternative to paintball: the same adrenaline and team strategy, but no painful impact and no paint stains.

Where is Archery Tag played?
Our Archery Tag field is located at Rue de l'Étoile 80 in Bierges (Wavre), just 15 minutes from Brussels via the E411. It is a 5-hectare private outdoor forest site with free private parking.
Does Archery Tag hurt?
No. The arrows have a large soft rubber tip that absorbs the impact: you feel a light push, with no pain or bruises. That is the big difference with paintball. The full-face mask fully protects your face.
How much does Archery Tag cost?
The BASIC package is €35 per player for 2 hours of play (€350 for a group of 10). The Birthday package for ages 8-12 is €30 per child, and the ALL-IN package with barbecue is €55 per player. Gear and instructors are always included, with discounted rates from 15 players.
What equipment is provided for Archery Tag?
Everything is included: bow, rubber-tipped arrows and a full-face safety mask. All gear is checked and disinfected after every use, with softer bows adapted to children from age 8.
How does an Archery Tag game unfold?
On arrival: safety briefing, archery initiation, equipment hand-out, then off to the forest field. Scenarios follow one another: capture the flag, protect the king, Team deathmatch, battle royale, in 15-to-20-minute games with rotations, for 2 hours.
Is Archery Tag suitable for children?
Yes, from age 8 with specially adapted bows, softer than the adult ones. It is a very popular birthday activity: our dedicated package for ages 8-12 includes 2 hours of supervised play and 1 hour for the birthday snack, at €30 per child.
Do you need to know how to shoot a bow to play?
No, no archery experience is needed. Our instructors open every session with an introduction: handling the bow, stance, safety. The bows are deliberately soft so they stay accessible from age 8, and most players hit their first target within a few minutes. This is recreational archery, not precision target sport: here you aim at players who move, not at a target face 20 metres away.
Archery tag or arrow tag: what is the difference?
None: arrow tag, archery tag, archery game or combat archery are all names for the same activity, a team battle with bows and rubber-tipped arrows. At Tag Brussels you play the outdoor version, on a dedicated forest field.
