Can we organise a team building on a weekday?
Yes, 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm. Weekdays are actually ideal: the site is quieter and your team enjoys it almost privately. Thursday and Friday afternoons are the most popular corporate slots.
How do we handle colleagues who do not want to play?
First, offer Archery Tag: being pain-free, it removes 90% of refusals. For the die-hards, the official photographer or assistant referee role works very well, and the barbecue brings everyone together at the end.
Is a specific outfit needed?
No: closed shoes are enough, we provide overalls, masks and protectors. Your colleagues can come in casual office wear and leave spotless.
